What Is the difference between waka flaka dreads & bob marley dreads?

They both have dreads but for example bob marley type dreads are real thick and waka’s are real thin
How do they get like this?

The thickness of your dreads depends on how you section your hair prior to the dreading process. I don’t have dreads but I’ve been doing research because I plan to get them. If you want dreads make sure your hair is about three inches to six inches before you start. You can dread hair shorter than 3 in. but your loose hair will come out when you wash them more. If you go to a hair salon and ask them for thin dreads they would probably do it for you. Go to knottyboy.com there is useful information on there and they even have dread starter kits.
